  • Cancellation: You may cancel your training course within 7 days of purchase for a full refund if no part of the course has been accessed.

  • Refund Process: Refunds for unconsumed training courses will be processed within 5-7 working days after approval. The amount will be credited to the original payment method or your bank account.

  • No Refund: If you have started the course or downloaded materials, refunds will not be granted unless there are exceptional circumstances.

5.2 Consultation Services:

  • Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule a consultation session within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment for a full refund.

  • Refund Process: For cancellations within the allowed time, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days. If the consultation has already taken place, no refund will be issued unless there are exceptional circumstances.

  • No-Show: If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation session without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

For training materials or any physical products, we aim to deliver within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase.
6.2 Shipping Timelines:

  • Minimum Shipping Time: 5 business days.
